dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo tiene como finalidad describir los procedimientos del marco normativo constitucional que oriental las medidas de intervención del activismo judicial en la protección de derechos constitucionales mediante la identificación de normas constitucionales vigentes en materia del activismo judicial y las responsabilidades jurídicas que asume el rol de jueces en su activismo judicial, en el que se ha evaluado su origen en la existencia de la imparcialidad pero consecuente con los hechos registrados ante casos de violación de derechos constitucionales entorno a lo civil, político y legal que puede inferir en la impartición de justicia, quedando un margen de arbitrariedad de los jueces que pueden resultar tanto beneficiosas para contemplar la integridad ciudadana, o perjudicial para el Estado de Derecho que responde por la democracia constitucional.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this work is to describe the procedures of the constitutional normative framework that guide the intervention measures of judicial activism in the protection of constitutional rights by identifying current constitutional norms regarding judicial activism and the legal responsibilities assumed by the role of judges. in its judicial activism, in which its origin has been evaluated in the existence of impartiality but consistent with the facts registered in cases of violation of constitutional rights around the civil, political and legal that can infer in the administration of justice, remaining a margin of arbitrariness of the judges that can be both beneficial to contemplate citizen integrity, or detrimental to the rule of law that responds to constitutional democracy.
