dc.descriptionEl objetivo que pretende analizar este proyecto es el de la influencia que tiene la motivación laboral de los colaboradores con el éxito organizacional, observada desde la complejidad de sus evoluciones. La metodología aplicada se inscribe en el enfoque descriptivo, está a partir del análisis del entorno interpretativo, a partir del cual se trabajará con una población acogida en una empresa; estos son abordados mediante técnicas como las entrevistas estructuradas con informantes claves, la información es analizada mediante construcción categorial y técnicas estadísticas descriptivas. El resultado establecerá si el éxito es el factor motivacional de los colaboradores con la empresa por los procesos autogestionarios, participativos, y la fuerza motivacional a sus empleadores para que cualquier empresa pueda cumplir la meta de ser exitosa.
dc.description.abstractThe objective that this project intends to analyze is the influence that the work motivation of the collaborators has on organizational success, observed from the complexity of its evolutions. The applied methodology is part of the descriptive approach, it is based on the analysis of the interpretive environment, from which we work with a population hosted in a company; These are approached through techniques such as the semi-structured interview with key informants, the information is analyzed through categorical construction and descriptive statistical techniques. The result will establish if success is the motivational factor of the collaborators with the company due to the self-managed, participatory processes, and the motivational force to their employers so that any company can meet the goal of being successful.
