dc.descriptionLa víctima como interviniente especial en un proceso penal, oral, acusatorio, a lo largo de los años ha tenido un gran avance como participante en un proceso penal, ya que esta, ha logrado que sus derechos a la verdad, justicia y reparación, sean enmarcados dentro de una reparación integral esto ha sido significativo en cuanto a su participación en un referido asunto, de acuerdo a esto ha logrado ser parte en un proceso y participar en todas las etapas del proceso todo gracias al acto legislativo 06 de 2011 que trajo esa connotación.
dc.description.abstractThe victim as a special participant in an accusatory oral criminal process over the years has had a great advance as a participant in a criminal process, since this, has achieved that his rights to truth, justice and reparation, are framed within a comprehensive reparation this has been significant in terms of his participation in a referred matter and that according to this he has managed to be part of a process and participate in all stages of the process all thanks to act 06 of 2011 that brought that connotation.
