Abstract
It has been decided to inspect the matter and undertake the implementation of a technological design that seeks great improvements in the aforementioned failures. Also applying the demands of implementation of certain standards, which in our particular case we will focus on the use of the IEC 60601-1 and NTC 2050 standards. To provide security and quality to the design, that is why, applying the knowledge and experiences obtained during the teaching and learning process in the area of Electronic Engineering, we wish to make a contribution, thus completing this project or investigative work, which will surely be of great benefit to the area of health and technology.

Se ha decido inspeccionar en el asunto y emprender la implementación de un diseño tecnológico que busque grandes mejoras en las fallas antes mencionadas. Aplicando además las demandas de implementación de ciertas normas, que en nuestro caso en particular nos enfocaremos en el uso de las normas IEC 60601-1 y NTC 2050. Para brindarle seguridad y calidad al diseño, es por ello que, aplicando los conocimientos y las experiencias obtenidas durante el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del área de la Ingeniería Electrónica, se desea hacer un aporte, culminando así este proyecto o trabajo investigativo, que seguramente será de gran beneficio para el área de la salud y la tecnología.
