Abstract
The following investigative work aims to determine the relevance of the communication variable in the organizational climate in Higher Education Institutions of the municipality of Sincelejo; It was carried out with a qualitative approach and descriptive type of research. The sample was the three Institutions that are registered in the National Higher Education System-SNIES and the result was that two out of three organizations in the capital of Sucre applied the climate survey and took into account the variable with favorable and very favorable results. . , while the public university has not used measurement methods for four years.

El siguiente trabajo investigativo, tiene como finalidad determinar la relevancia que tiene la variable comunicación en el clima organizacional en Instituciones de Educación Superior del municipio de Sincelejo; se realizó con un enfoque cualitativo y tipo de investigación descriptivo. La muestra fueron las tres Instituciones que se encuentran registradas en el Sistema Nacional de Educación Superior-SNIES y dio como resultado que dos, de tres organizaciones de la capital sucreña aplican la encuesta de clima y tienen en cuenta la variable con resultados favorables y muy favorables, mientras que la universidad pública no utiliza métodos de medición desde hace cuatro años.
