Abstract
Childhood attachment is defined according to Bowlby (1988) as a behavioral system that generates proximity and contact between the primary caregiver and the infant. Previous studies have shown that attachment is important for the development of the personality of the infant that brings future repercussions (Bowlby, 1988). The Children's Homes belonging to the ICBF are responsible for ensuring the rights of infants aged 0 to 5 who are children of working parents, who often present situations of poverty. In some investigations it has been identified that the level of attachment security decreases significantly if the socioeconomic level of the child's family is low (Van Ijzendoorn, 1999), therefore, this may be true for children of children. children's homes Therefore, the objective is to describe the quality of the primary-infant caregiver attachment in 13 children aged 27 to 51 months of Infant Homes with low socioeconomic status in Sincelejo - Sucre. The Attachment Q-Set (AQS) was used as an instrument, which is based on naturalistic observation and consists of observing the interaction between the primary caregiver - infant and the interaction between the infant and a strange person. This research generates an initial perspective of the quality of attachment in the city of Sincelejo, resulting in the average security level of 0.33 being a little higher than the general average 0.31 (Van Ijzendoorn, 2004). The results of the dimensions, IOA and BPM can be said, are those that are closest to the ideal, while in CIM and PCM they present a difference of the ideal that is further away. In addition, no significant differences were found between attachment scores and sociodemographic variables such as sex, type of primary
12 caregiver, stratum, schooling, income and occupation of the main caregiver. This indicates that Sincelejo's children have a secure attachment with similar characteristics and with some particular differences from the ideal.

El apego infantil se define según Bowlby (1988) como un sistema comportamental que genera proximidad y contacto entre el cuidador principal y el infante. En estudios anteriores se ha demostrado que el apego es importante para el desarrollo de la personalidad del infante y trae consigo repercusiones a futuro (Bowlby, 1988). Los Hogares Infantiles pertenecientes al ICBF se encargan de velar por los derechos de los infantes de 0 a 5 años que son hijos de padres trabajadores, los cuales presentan en muchas ocasiones situaciones de pobreza. En algunas investigaciones se ha identificado que el nivel de seguridad del apego disminuye de forma significativa si el nivel socioeconómico de la familia del niño es bajo (Van Ijzendoorn, 1999), por lo tanto, es posible que esto se cumpla para los niños de los hogares infantiles. Por ello, se tiene como objetivo describir la calidad del apego cuidador principal-infante en 13 niños de 27 a 51 meses de Hogares Infantiles con nivel socioeconómico bajo en Sincelejo – Sucre. Se utilizó como instrumento el Attachment Q-Set (AQS), el cual se basa en la observación naturalista y consta de observar la interacción entre el cuidador principal y una persona extraña con el infante. Esta investigación genera una perspectiva inicial de la calidad del apego en la ciudad de Sincelejo, teniendo como resultados el nivel de seguridad promedio de 0.33, siendo un poco más alto que la media general 0.31 (Van Ijzendoorn, 2004). Los resultados de las dimensiones, se puede decir IOA y BPM son las que se encuentran más cercanas al ideal, mientras que en CIM y PCM presentan una diferencia del ideal lo que se encuentran más lejos. Además, no se encontraron diferencias significativas entre los puntajes
10 de apego y las variables sociodemográficas como el sexo, tipo de cuidador principal, estrato, escolaridad, ingresos y ocupación del cuidador principal. Lo que nos indica que los niños de Sincelejo presentan apego seguro con características similares y con algunas diferencias particulares del ideal.
