| dc.description | La presente reflexión tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión bibliográfica entorno al estrés laboral, abarcando temas importantes como los antecedentes, conceptos, tipología, causas, consecuencias, herramientas de prevención y control, así como algunos modos de emplear los estilos de afrontamiento más eficientes, relacionando los términos clásicos con las investigaciones actuales que se han realizado, todo ello con el fin de obtener una idea de la dirección que a tomando este tema enfocado a las industrias de alimentos en Colombia como objeto de estudio dentro del entorno laboral. Para ello, se recopiló información bajo criterios de inclusión orientados a la búsqueda de información en idioma inglés y español, en bases de datos y páginas web gubernamentales y no gubernamentales. Los hallazgos colocan en manifiesto que el 30% de la población padece de estrés, y que este puede ocasionar efectos negativos en la salud de los trabajadores; representando costos de hasta el 4% del PIB mundial. Finalmente, concluimos que no existen investigaciones de evaluación de factores de riesgo psicosocial realizadas en industrias de alimentos por lo que se recomienda continuar y mejorar el tema para favorecer la profundidad del tema y así tener un mayor alcance dentro de los trabajadores. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The present reflection aims to carry out a bibliographic review around work stress, covering important topics such as antecedents, concepts, typology, causes, consequences, prevention and control tools, as well as some ways of using the most efficient coping styles, relating the classic terms with the current investigations that have been carried out, all in order to obtain an idea of the direction that this topic is taking, focused on the food industries in Colombia as an object of study within the work environment. For this, information was compiled under inclusion criteria oriented to the search for information in English and Spanish, in databases and governmental and non-governmental web pages. The findings show that 30% of the population suffers from stress, and that this can cause negative effects on the health of workers; representing costs of up to 4% of world GDP. Finally, we conclude that there are no psychosocial risk factor evaluation research carried out in food industries, so it is recommended to continue and improve the subject to favor the depth of the subject and thus have a greater reach within the workers. | |
